Javascript, though HTML and css is also required along with it..
For desktop application u can use ElectronJs
For web application : Vanilla JS, jQuery, ReactJs, Angular, Vue
For Mobile Application : React Native, Ionic, Vue Native,
And you got to have some backend development as well , for that you can use NodeJs framework ExpressJs,
And many more libraries are out thier which gonna help in building almost any type of platform specific application with javascript
