How to solve any problem of c++ ? Pls help!

Here's a vague answer to a vague question:
1. Interpret the question logically.
2. Formulate a series of steps that help your brain to obtain the result methodically.
3. Convert all these steps into the required programming language's syntax appropriately and efficiently. This step, obviously, can be done easily after enough practice.
