Whats better to learn first CSS animation or JavaScript Animation?

I just got to know about CSS animation. I just wanna ask that as a beginner what is better to learn first CSS animation or JavaScript animation with respect to web development.

In my oppinion, you should have a little bit of knowledge in css before trying js, but also, why not learn them both in the same time?
