Problem with compiler (im using c++)

Hello. I've got a problem with my compiler. (Im using Microsoft Visual C++ compiler and Code::Blocks ide, if someone will be asking)

1 Problem: If i want to create any sort of DirectX, OpenGL Or win32 GUI app, I cant compile it cuz i get thousands of errors that they're same - "error: unexcepted $ in macro (this error appears in stringpreferences.h file)

2 Problem: I cant create separate files for my classes! why? - because if do this then if I try to compile it =>" Fatal Error: and.obj not found" and after that i can't compile my code anymore. Help!

yeah - I remember that the compiler wasnt working before but now works, but with these issues :/
