There is no thing such as "can't write code". Start small. Make small basic codes. There are tons of codes here on SoloLearn, take inspiration from them. One thing that I went through as a beginner was that I used to try making things that were way out of my league at that time, and that used to lower my morale. Instead when you practise small codes, you actually ready yourself for the big ones.

I checked your profile and I see that you have not finished CSS and JavaScript. Can you explain why you say you have finished them?

For HTML, You'll need a theme to start a project to practice.

The best way would be, as XXX and Raghad has suggested, to begin with something very easy, such as the My Blog Project Template in HTML course.

After that, come back to develop it from time to time, when you learn new tricks.

Start with small projects.If you forgot concepts take reference from internet.

Go through videos like learning html css js with projects .
It will help you that how can you use your ideas in your own projects.
