should I learn java script and css?

recently I've learned HTML and I'm learning python too. should I learn css and java script? and which one first?

It really depends on what you want to do. If you are building websites, you should know CSS and JS, as they allow you to style and add functionality to your website. I'd say CSS first, but it's really up to you. CSS is for style and JS is for functionality
