What should i learn after completing html?

I think of css then PHP. What is your thoughts.

If you want to improve yourself in front end web development you should definitely learn CSS/CSS3. After that you can proceed and learn JavaScript and jQuery. PHP is not necessary but it has its benefits. Here's the link about this topic: https://skillcrush.com/blog/html-next-steps/

Definitely you have to learn CSS3 and some Bootstrap just have some knowledge of bootstrap then proceed to Javascript and JQuery that's if you want to be a front end web developer.
