Is it possible in sololearn?No Hyperlinks!!

I want to make a home page with multiple nav buttons.When someone clicks one of the buttons a new page will be appeared.Is is possible in Sololearn's editor?I want to make a little website with some resources.
★With only html and css.

I am not talking about hyperlinks.It should be in the same page,same code.I guess transparency can do that.But I don't know how to do that
