Is width="100" and width="100%" the same ! ,, if no so why !!?

nope, they are not. On the first one you didn't mention a format, so i suppose u meen 100px by that.

width=100px is a fixed width, so it does not change if you resize the window or not. On the other side u have width = 100%. This one adjusts the width of the object depending on the actual width of the page, so if it's 100% the width is equal to the width of the page wether or not you adjust the size of the page.
