On line 13&14 you override variable ampm from holding a document element to holding a string which prevents you from later writing a value to the element.
On line 36 you write target variable ap when trying to write to the DOM instead of variable ampm.

To center the clock while using display flex you can just add this to your css
#time{
justify-content: center;
}

Yesterday it was Alright.
The time this now 14:59:00 but in clock showing AM 😥
