also do it using a deep Web browser like tor, turn on VPN and use proxies

not sure, but you'll know when you find it when the feds (ICE cyber division ) come knocking on your door. seriously messing with college/University computers is the quickest way to get noticed as a hacker, and not in a good way. if you're dead set on it, use anon proxies and be quick with pen testing, and good luck cause they'll see unusual activity, and fast

If you are moving in right path... you can using some penetration testing softwares like Kali linux, Backtrack, Parrot etc... please note: Only of you have good intention,shared only for good purposes.
