I'm not in cs foeld, but I love coding, is it hard for getting a job as a developer?

I'm a intermediate programmer, with knowledge of some frontend skills, and PHP too, while I applying for job I didn't get any interview calls, because am from different field of study. Is it real hard for getting a job without a tech degree ?

JINSHAJ.P That's why there is different courses for different Job. Only skills is not necessary to get Job. You should have any certificate or course with respect to that job.

It's never hard.. No matter in n from which stream you are.. From which clg u are.. Only skills matter here.. If you have good skills required for the job you wanted to do, you'll definitely reach that.. Fast thinking, knowledge in algorithms, manupulating with functions etc.. These are enough to become a software developer though you're from different field.
