I think you learned HTML by project not Learned all HTML in a one day
First learn html basics
And then improve in your skills

Go through quick guide of html and html 5 by tutorialspoint it will make you clear all topics of html

or you can get their pdf version also.but I think quick guide will be enough to revise and see what you have left and clearing them
