Do draws still affect the Epic! badge?

I know it has been discussed in this thread a lot, but most of the questions I saw were like 1, 2 years old. So I'm just asking: Did they update it? I know that probably not, but I'm just hoping, because it's really unfair - you have 5 points, but even level 3-4 players sometimes make it (and I'm also feeling bad for challenging level 3-4 guys) if it's too easy. But whatever, I'll skip this badge for now.

Who challenges freshers
It just give you 1 points if you won with a man at lower levels.i alays challenge guy at my level or above .if gives even 5 on draw.

Challenge the guy at level equal or more than your level.
It also give you more points on win.

I have seen a new question in every 2nd game in html I have completed approx 150 challenges.

In case of challenging newbi I think if someone have practiced much he deserved 1 points to loose a newbi .and yes loss encourage newbi to work hard.its my experience.

Divya Mohan I know, I said I feel bad for it, but I wanted to get the Epic! badge, which requires 50 win streak - without any draws or losses. With challenging people at my Level (15), there's a big chance that I'll draw.
