Just experiment with different schedules and choose the one which suites you the best. There is no magic schedule that all programmers should follow. Just make sure you give enough time to everything including sleep, food, learning , coding etc.

I guess that ultimately depends on yourself, i.e. how much time do you want to invest, how much you are willing to reduce other activities, how quickly you pick up new concepts, etc. Perhaps some of the following threads can give you some ideas (don't forget to use the search bar before opening a new thread): https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/1358869/?ref=app https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/2380737/?ref=app https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/1033447/?ref=app https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/1541647/?ref=app https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/350860/?ref=app https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/1434060/?ref=app

Well, I can't speak for everyone, but I imagine it depends on the person. For me, my day starts with coffee, currently, I am reading through a book, "Python 3 Patterns Recipes and Idioms" its really good, I am about halfway through it.
