Delete clicks from audio file with python

Question

Hi, guys. I have some files of presentations and sounds of operating system are really annoying, like sounds when mouse clicks on something and so on. Can you give some tips about sound processing in Python. I can cut out specific sounds that I would like to get rid of in the original file. How to search for similar sounds in a file and "subtract" them from the signal?
