Missing Skills?: Is it possible for a profile to have certificates that don't appear in the skills section?

Does this happen when a user voluntarily deletes their skills on their SL profile?

When trying to answer another question by Aji ꦄꦗꦶ I noticed that he had 14 certificates but only 2 skills. How is it possible?

I see the opposite in his profile

Gordon good point. Did you delete some of your skills using Settings/manage skills or anything similar or are skills what the user manually adds on their profile? I cannot remember if I added all my skills manually or whether tutorial completion automatically added them.

Sonic Yes I manually removed the other skills when Sololearn first let us edit our profile. Because I completed those coursed without practice so I won't say those are my skills.

Sonic This following steps could add/remove skills.
1. Go to profile page
2. Click skill section
3. Manage skill

Gordon in that case, there maybe a bug somewhere?
