Input dosen't show

Question

For some reason when i do for example:
x=(bread)
and then i do:
print(name)
all that comes up is empty space.
Is there anything i am doing wrong with the code? If so what is it

Jad ,

You are giving your phone to "John" and asking "Timmy" to give it back. print (x).
Also mention the language as well.
