I want to know which language is easier to learn C++ or Python because I have completed Html , Javascript, CSS...so please give me some suggestion.

I suggest for an absolute beginner learn python first as it supports procedural programming
Functional programming
Oops programming
All in one go ..
and it also has embedded tkinter gui
It will clear your all basic concepts
and later it will help in learning c ++ well.

I think it depends on your goals. They are used for mostly different things because they are quite different.

C++ usually handles a lot of backend stuff and is popular in the embedded stuff etc. while Python excels in automation, data sciences and machine learning.

well ofcourse python is easier than cpp but the way u are going for web development I would say to learn python and than django or flask framework to augment your work.
