What program do graphic designers use to make their creative resumes/CV?

i see all these cool looking resumés on the internet for graphic designers and web designers and i was wondering if they used microsoft word to do them or something else like photoshop....

Illustrator for vectors shape, inDesign or Photoshop for the layout... but inDesign is more recommend for it, thats its job
