Which is the best windows for Java?

My windows 10 pro (not activated) doesn't support Java compiler, I followed so many tutorial videos step by step but there's no use, it keeps giving me error messages when I open Eclipse like the alert "see the log file" is the problem in my windows? If yes what windows should I choose? And do I have to activate the windows for Java programming?
