Should I make a professional Website from scratch?

I want to make a professional website (e.g. clothing line), but Im new to coding and I heard that even professionals use asset websites. So Im curious is it even possible and how time consuming it would be.

Short answer : You shouldn't Long answer : Maybe as a beginning project you might start it from scratch. (Without Bootstrap, jQuery or anything else) But later if the project grows, you're seriously gonna regret this. (You might end up rewriting the whole project again)

Leon If you want backend support (eg Database) then you'll need a server side language Personally I don't like PHP . I prefer NodeJs or Python frameworks (eg Django, Flask) (PHP is good for beginners ) https://www.quora.com/Why-should-I-not-use-PHP
