Hi. I'm 13 and wanna get good and coding and later on hacking. I've tried so many different apps but it's so confusing. If someone that's willing to teach me most days 1 on 1 I would really appreciate it.

I don't know which apps u tried, but for what u want to achieve, SoloLearn is one of the best ways to start.
I don't have much information about hacking and what Langs u should pick for it. Other friends will tell u here.
