Gaurav Rawat Packages are use to organise your class and to avoid class name collision. Libraries are the set of classes and packages for the different functionality.

Gaurav Rawat Package is namespace and Library is Application Programming Interface (API). In Java course it's available https://www.sololearn.com/learn/Java/2161/ https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Java_Class_Library https://www.w3schools.com/java/java_packages.asp
