No it doesn't but it has courses on c# and many more. You can check out *brackeys* youtube channel for game dev courses or *unreal's* official YouTube channel

No, sololearn does not have any course focused on game development. But it have courses on C++ which is the main language used when working with UE4

If you are individual game developer then I would suggest you to go with unity as it is best for individual game developers and has many great features.hope this helps:)
