How can i find out if the info received from a submit form is being received/sent to its destination email?

Websites have submit forms i need to know how i can find out if the credentials inputted are being sent to the email address. I need to understand from a server side perspective (the sites code) if the process of inputted credentials (data) is being received. How can i know if this process of my site is working or not?
And if it isn't, how can i change the coded form to work?
Like what variables and tags are changed etc.

Thank you for replying. I wanna know if my code is wrong. I will check the sites code for the submit forms. I need to check first so I'll try filling the form and sending email, if it doesn't work. I'll show u a copy. I just need to know where i'm going wrong i need to understand which values i should write to make it work.
