Ultimately this is a question that only your employer can answer. When we talk about companies like Google, MS, etc, these are large companies with multiple departments and teams working on different hardware and software. Depending on which department and team you will be put into, you will be working with different languages. It is unlikely that you will stick to Python or any one language for the entire length of your career, so be prepared to pick up more skills. In interviews where knowledge tied to a specific programming language is not a hard requirement, there should be no problem using Python to demonstrate your mastery of problem solving.
