How do I make my website official ?

I finished HTML and I'm currently learning CSS, but once I've finished I wanna know how to make my website "official" as in other people can just search it up and they will see it.

You'll need a hosting provider that will have your files on their server, and you'll also need a domain name of your choice - if it's available. If your using server side language like PHP and you don't have any knowledge on security or how directories work - public or private - then it may be too soon to do that; else otherwise.
