If it is not available in your country then it is most probably banned by government or that service is not available for that country.

Virtual Private Network I used to use HOLA on my web browser. Hope that helps

Well we can use a VPN to access the page but we can also access if we change the html code with the our own personal internet connection instead of the ISP of India.
