On what basis the xp is assigned to a person and how the xp is given to a person after won the challenge?

In challenges, xp is very dynamic. It depends on the level of you and your opponent in the topic of the challenge. For example, you have 500xp in html and your partner has 1000xp, you will be the one who benefits more and loses less in case of a win/loss. However, for your opponent, it's completely the opposite, in case the above mentioned scenario is there. Some times we also get answer bonus if we answer questions correctly but many a times I don't get it.

i also find persons having 3xp, that does not mean they only earned 3xp in aany weapon .
