What do I need to start as freelancer?

How much experience I need to start working as freelancer... Is it the right way? What are the requirements or what do you suggest?

I would suggest you to finiah course here: freecodecamp.com I know a guy who codes for money because of this site, also you het free certification after you finish it...although it has a lot of work to do, nut hey, nobody said programming is easy. :)
