11 years old and am starting out with c++ any advice to help keep me motivated?

It is really nice to see someone young willing to work and study. C++ is hard. That does not mean you should give up, but i would suggest you to try scratch first. It is programming language made by famous MIT (if you did not heard of them, they are one of best universities for computer science) and it is meant to teach young people like you programming concepts (variables, functions, loops, statements) and programming logic. After absorbing those concepts trough scratch it would be easier for you to start learning any programming language. Even on Harvard they learn scratch on their first week of lrogramming course to catch up elementary programming techniques that are apliable on all programming languages (they only have diffetent syntax). And one would suprise what you can do with scratch! Do not loose your curiosity and willing to learn new things and do not give up on first (or second, or third, or any) obstacle you find.

to excel we have to first learn python because it's the base of programming language. 1.python 2.R 3.php and after you learn these languages it's your choice to learn more language according to your will
