My advice would be to go for Spyder with Kite autocomplete (with Anaconda); the variable explorer is pretty handy.
Jupyter comes along with Anaconda as well and is useful as a 'second IDE' as, while it may lack autocomplete, it can accomodate blocks of human-readable text with relative ease (generally in "Markdown" cells).

Probably depends on what your use case is.
For data science, I like Spyder a lot. You get Anaconda along with it, which can allow you to flip through some other alternatives as well.
