Whi isnt there a option to see the correct answers of the questions you answered wrong?

I'm not sure if you are refering to the code playground but i will base my answer on it.
By just giving you whats right, then you won't learn IMO so what i do if its wrong, is go back read it all again, and also i click on comments to see what others have read. That way its like a puzzle, i know the puzzle, not sure where the bricks go but reading and understanding what others have answered or come up with it myself i get the idea and know how to apply it at a later date.
Again as i said its in my opinion and based on the code playground of the question

but i meant during challenges.. it would be really good for the learning process if we could know the correct answers..

Thats true @Reynis but I presume they did challenges like an exam, your not told what you did wrong until AFTER you passed or failed, but I see what you mean :)
Also the challenges are tests so by that you could always just redo it until you got it right. Remember the right answer without learn a thing.
