Will there be HTML 6 ?

HTML is just called HTML now without version numbers. The guys who make HTML are called the WHATWG and they call it the "living standard".

Features are added to HTML as they are ready, and delaying finished features for the sake of releasing a big HTML version every 10 years was deemed silly so they don't do that anymore.
