How to prevent android app de-compiling?

I am shocked when I see ShowsJava app in play and several website and even desktop app which give you source code of any android app in one click even java files,codes,images and we can also build app with our own changes with Android Studio. Even Pokémon Go is not secure. And pokemon go bot are made by this. Also many online refferal bonus giver sites are also doing same i.e.e Stealing other's code and retrieving API. Is there any way to protect android app from de-compiling by such app. If yes how?
