1. find sometjing simple enough to understand easily 2. translate it into pseudo code or using your own words describe what the program is trying to do. I know you already know this so i won't continue this line. what im trying to say is to Start with your Answer then Formulate your Question. There is an American game show that does this. They give you an answer and you need to formulate the question that leads you to that answer. Think of a Word then Find the Question that leads you There. This sounds like nonsense but it might help you break thru that mental barrier you seem to have.

First think in your mind what program are you creating and create a map on your mind. You can start by Even or odd finder and Is Prime or not to get start.

Nivetha, we can help you, but first, tell us a bit about what you want to code first? What kind of program would you like to build? Then we can help you telling you what programming language you should start to learn first. Cheers, and keep positive!

you don't need to learn c first. I didn't. I started with arduino about a year ago. I learn by using and seeing something in action so that was a prefect way for me to learn. wrote a code and could see it in action. the same can be done with the console in visual studio or any other compiler . start basic with cout and truly understand what you are doing and why it works before you move on. it takes some dedication as learning a program language is compared to learning a foreign language
