Can't note a difference in PHPMyAdmin and mysql

when I open phpmyadmin I have the ability to create database and tables which is also similar to mysql console window. Why use both to create database when one alone can achieve the task?

phpmyadmin give you the easier way, it's​ a GUI tools.

Exactly! On MySQL you must write command. PhpAdmin it's a GUI to have a Easy Way Access
