HTML dropdown button and min/max attributes not working ?

The dropdown button and min/max attributes are not working in sololearn output I haven't tried in mobile browser but it works fine on desktop chrome browser.
I need your help guys.😞😞

If what you are talking about is favorite FEATURE, then it is working in sololearn
