What should I do after learning coding, to get started with freelancing?
I've completed Web development course, Machine learning and Data Science Course, I've completed Python course and several other as well But when i go to the freelancing sites They use technical terms that I've never heard of This is the case 99% of the time I'm seriously unable to understand even a single thing what they want me to make, What should i learn after completing coding lessons ? So that i can start freelancing ?

Inasmuch as you have completed the courses, there's more out there on the internet. Learn more from other sites. Practice.
Practice is key in programming. As you practice, you try to do things you've not done before, when you encounter challenges, you browse the internet and learn more.
Read other people's codes too. You'll also come across codes and keyword you may not have been exposed to here in Sololearn.
As you broaden your scope, you realize you've learned a lot more.

As a programmer, you should always learn something, but the most impotrant point for you is TO START DOING even if you don't understand excatly a task JUST MAKE A FIRST PROJECT. Learn on your own experience,

Bro but I've done many projects for experience, I've done image to text, automating mouse and keyboard, using GUI based app to plot graphs of Trigonometric Functions, and more
But i lack their terminology like "odoo, Micro kernel, mpesa Integration, WebRTC, Binance, Flask, etc"
Where should i go after learning to code? So i can understand these stuff?
