HTML takes files from your computer for internet use so as long as its on your computer, you should be fine. But that is just my guess.

You will probably have to do additional steps since youre on your phone. I know this app allows you to send code to other places so maybe you can try sending the code from your phone if things get too tricky?

You can use free cloud services like Google drive or Dropbox and
Google drive provide you 15gb for free
Where Dropbox provide you 2gb for free after that you can upgrade to a pro plan for more storage
And you can use it anywhere
