It's a new bug????

Question

Someone had messaged me a code. When I see that code, it was good. Then I want to send him a message that this code is nice.And when I messaged him it is good then suddenly my message is failed to send and something is written that you cannot respond to this conversation.
Means he had blocked me??. But when I go to his profile I am able to see his activity.

What is happening????

And second bug is this that suddenly others profile avatar is changing.
It's too much.
