Why I am not sending messages to anyone? Can anyone help me to figure out this problem

You're a level 1 user now. It's not enough to use some features such as messenger, upvote, etc.
You need to get more xp to use messenger feature.I mean you should reach a high level.

He said tht ur accnt is not activate n check ur mail nd when I'm check my email nd click on activation account then he give me a pop up msg tht ur account is activated
