How to create a HTML/CSS site copying the site's style from an image?

My teacher gave us different images of site templates and I have to create a site that looks identical to that certain template I chose. The problem is that, he gave no additional files such as the particular background image that I need. So I have to find it on my own or just find a very similar one. I can't seem to find anything that looks like it, the background image is black with a purplish pinkish ray and some sparkles, lol. Is there any site I can find such images or do you have another idea in how I can replicate a site's template?

Just a thought, what if you try the Google image search: https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/1325808?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en ? Also, wondering if this was pulled from Bootstrap, you can check it out if you have a spare minute..
