While loop not breaking when value set to false

I am having problem while breaking the while loop in first condition the other conditons it is working fine please check my code by inputing incorrect value

The use of 'break' keyword is fine but my question is
Why the 'game_stat = False is not' working ??
It is suppose to break the loop
