Programming Motivation

I know the fundamentals, But I am not considered to be a programmer, what should I do???? What is the biggest motivator

Focus on your Learning , Practice whatever small thing u learnt , Don't Give up ,Sometimes u feel lazy & demotivated but Rise as Consistency is the key to Success... Learn from Multiple sources... Work on some Projects..
