Can I execute program (html, JavaScript, php, Android) on 32GB eMMC memory (2gb RAM) laptop?

I don't have PC.. I am planning to buy PC in future to learn coding... but I can't afford high budget...need your help pls. thanks in advance!!!

Yes you can. In fact, those are my specs.

Are you opting for a Lenovo Ideapad 100s? Because those specs you mentioned fits perfectly into the model. Mine is performing pretty damn well, and can run Android Studio too. Make sure that 32GB is an authentic SSD though. You can buy a decent SD for more storage.

you can do that on any computer that has internet if you go to the coding tab on Sololearn.

check "Adruino" (hatered cousin of "Wiring")or some minicomputer (forgot it's name)- cost in Poland close to 100$
You'll need peripherials anyway or use sf like Teamview or iMachine to access by Your phone.
Mentiomed devices have all nescesarry coms like USB, HDMI, audio et.c. (depends on model).
You can use Your phone as adesktop but forget about fee free advanced IDE, especially those which autocompletes package imports.
