I m unable to download cpp files from google drive in my pc. When i click on download nothing happens. What could be the reason?

You should be able to download the cpp file from google drive if the link is not restricted . If you can't ,maybe the link is restricted.So you can't download it.

Can you download it?
If you can download it the problem is not in your computer.

Finally I found out the problem. The third party cookie blocking option was on for the google drive site. I turned it off and that did the trick.
