[SOLVED] Python not installing, rather Showing error

Recently, I tried to install python. I installed their latest 3.9.0 version's executable to install. But it doesn't open. Any ideas? Then I tried using their web installer, it opens, and when I click install, It shows like installing, but shows error, that says "unspecified error" Here's what I did: 1. Opened python website 2. Clicked on download 3. Clicked on windows 4. Clicked on download link for 64 windows executable. 5. Clciked on downloaded file. Nothing happens

Why not use Pycharm, it's a great IDE, working on the original Python Interpreter would be too slow.
