1) Go to google play store
2) search text editors
3) sort them according to rating to see top 5
4) see the reviews to answer "why?"

Please stop wasting your time deciding which code editor to use, and actually start doing something. Just pick the first one you see on the Play Store. Also, if you have the software to run your code on your Android device, it will most probably have a code editor with it already. And don't think that a code editor will make your experience better of coding on a phone. Coding on a phone was and will always be a headache.
